We offer a wide range of real estate law services,
including drafting deeds, setting up life estates, assisting with mortgage and foreclosure questions, and acting as a represenative

most property management companies charge, we can assist you by collecting rent from your tenants, signing leases with new tenants,
drafting your real estate documents, handling your eviction suits, and so forth.
LANDLORD ALERT:
The 2007 Texas State Legislature
has passed two new laws which require your attention:
1. HB 177 requires residential landlords to provide tenants
with a device (ie water heater) which supplies hot water at a minimum temperature of 120 degrees and you must make a diligent
effort to repair or remedy any condition which affects the hot water device.
2. HB 3101 should be read in its entirety if you
are a landlord because it is an overhaul of landlord-tenant law. One major portion requires landlords to notify tenants of specific
portions of law prior to enforcing them.
